**Customer Care Coordinator - Chelmsford - Permanent - £33,000**
A opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Coordinator to join my client, a House Builder, based in the Chelmsford area. This role involves providing an excellent level of Customer Service meeting needs of homeowners after sales.
This position is a full time role based in the office.
**Duties**
- Reporting to the Head of department, you will deliver an excellent level of customer care service meeting the needs of homeowner after the sale.
- Understanding and discussing defects that arise within the properties to ensure the relevant trades are appointed.
- Provide support and advice to sub-contractors.
- Speak with Site or Constructions teams as necessary to ensure customers’ queries are answered accurately, efficiently, and consistently.
**What are they looking for**
- Experience working with another House Builder in a similar role.
- Experience using CRM systems and inputting data in an office-based setting is essential.
- Excellent communication skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £28,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
