Clinic Administrator

This is a great opportunity to join a small friendly team within a highly rated skin clinic and skin care service, as part of our expansion into additional premises. You will work closely with the Owner to support a team of aestheticians and help with the new skin care retail services. This is a varied role which will enable you to develop a variety of skills including organising aesthetician schedules, managing the reception, coordinating and maintaining treatment rooms as well as helping clients choose the right skin care products for their needs.
Other responsibilities will include:
- arranging team meetings
- maintaining filing and documentation
- ensuring a well
- run operating environment
- supervise clinic staff, including training, and performance evaluations
Requirements include:
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organisation and administration skills
- Excellent client care skills
A background in or good understanding of the aesthetic and beauty industry would be an advantage. A strong ethos of punctuality, reliability and good teamwork is essential. You are likely to have had at least three years of experience in a lead administration or similar role.

**Salary**: £19,048.83-£33,419.32 per year
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
