**Job Title: Clinical Assistant**

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dedicated and highly organised Doctor's Assistant/Personal Assistant (PA) to provide comprehensive support to the medical director at our prestigious clinic on Harley Street. This dynamic role involves a mix of medical assistance, administrative tasks, and personal support to ensure the smooth operation of both professional and personal activities.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Medical Assistance**:
Assist the medical director during medical procedures by providing necessary support.

Write and send treatment plans to patients, ensuring clarity and accuracy.

Follow up with patients post-consultation to arrange further appointments/treatments as needed.

Monitor patient progress post-treatment and address any concerns.

Take and manage photos using clinic photo systems.

**Diary and Meeting Management**:
Manage the professional and personal diaries of the Directors, scheduling appointments and engagements.

Liaise with companies, clients, patients, and external contacts to arrange and confirm meetings.

Attend meetings as requested, take accurate minutes, and ensure follow-up actions are completed promptly.

**Administrative Duties**:
Support various administrative tasks around the clinic.

Maintain accurate and confidential records and documentation.

**General Support**:
Provide personal assistance to the Directors, managing personal tasks and errands as needed.

Ensure the Directors are well-prepared for all engagements with necessary materials and information.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion in all interactions.

**Additional Responsibilities**:
Assist with clinic operations during the director's absence, ensuring continuity and smooth functioning.

Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated with clinic practices and procedures.

Undertake any other duties as required to support the Directors and the clinic.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role, with experience in an aesthetic setting.

Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency with medical photography.

High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £27,551.00-£28,961.00 per year
