WEP Clinical is in search of a skilled Marketing Associate who can work alongside our Marketing Manager to implement dynamic strategies that can enhance the company's awareness and expertise in the market. As a Marketing Associate, your role will be crucial in the marketing activities and campaigns for our Decentralized Clinical Trials Home Nursing Unit, known as Wren Healthcare.

**Role Objectives**

In addition, we are looking to have someone competent in SEO, website design, and paid search campaigns (Google Ads) to drive sales for the DCT nursing sector of the business and evidence a strong return on investment (ROI).

**The role requires the Marketing Associate to have experience working in the clinical trial space and/or have an understanding of the clinical trial landscape.**

The Marketing Associate should act on their own initiative, manage time effectively, and be a team player with a diplomatic approach who can build strong working relationships with all WEP and Wren Healthcare colleagues. The Marketing Assistant will feel comfortable working with analytics tools as well as learning new systems and generally take a hands-on approach to work.

**Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities**

Daily tasks will include working closely with the Marketing Manager to achieve the following:

- Understand and maintain in-depth product knowledge of the company's service offerings.
- Translate creative direction into high-quality and simple finished products that are on brand and support the growth of the business - across digital and traditional platforms.
- Maintain the Social Media creative and results reporting, using analytics tools and providing regular updates.
- Stay on top of social media and digital trends. Keep updated with new trends and features being released within the industry.
- Update our website with the latest/up-to-date information as and when required.
- Web page design, including SEO optimisation for Google Searches.
- Creative input into video, photography and graphic content.
- Hands-on copywriting for marketing materials and PR stories.
- Take the lead in creating positive PR stories for the brand.
- Creation and performance monitoring of paid search campaigns (Google Ads).
- Creating and organising video content, podcasts and webinars to support the engagement of customers and drive high-quality business leads.
- Working closely with senior leadership and the clinical team to drive appropriate content.
- Reporting of ROI and conversion data using Google Analytics.
- Work with all departments to support their marketing or creative requirements.
- Be available for offsite PR and Marketing Events or photoshoots.

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
- Experience with WordPress, Google Search Console (SEO), Google Ads (PPC) and Google Analytics.
- Fully conversant in Microsoft Office O365, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube
- SEO & Paid Search
- Experience with Canva or Abobe CC (video & graphic)
- Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
- Strong blog and video creation skills/knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Familiarity with Decentralized Clinical Trials, Home Health Nursing Services, or related industries is advantageous.

**Qualifications**
- Degree or Higher in Marketing
- Minimum 3 years experience in a Marketing Role
- Extensive industry experience is required for this position
