We are seeking a motivated and skilled Self-Employed Clinician Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Clinician Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clinicians and ensuring smooth clinic operations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about aesthetics and skincare to gain valuable experience in a reputable clinic setting.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist clinicians during cosmetic procedures, ensuring a seamless and comfortable experience for clients.
- Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for procedures, maintaining cleanliness and organization.
- Welcome clients, provide pre-treatment information, and address any concerns or questions they may have.
- Manage client inquiries, bookings, and follow-up appointments with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in compliance with clinic protocols and regulations.
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
- Collaborate with the clinic team to uphold high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
- Contribute to creating a positive and supportive work environment for colleagues and clients alike.

**Requirements**:

- Must be available to work on Weekends and Mondays. Approx 3-4 shifts per month.
- Previous experience in a clinical or customer service role, preferably within the aesthetics, dental or beauty industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Knowledge of aesthetics treatments and skincare products is advantageous.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic clinic environment.
