**Job specification for Administrator role at South London Foot Clinic (please read the entire specification)**
South London Foot Clinic is looking for an Administrator/ Receptionist to help run this podiatry medical practice.
With a busy practice to run, a friendly positive person, with a flexible and cooperative attitude is sought for South London Foot Clinic. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn, but also good at speaking with people on a daily basis. Working closely with the Podiatrist and a small friendly team in the day-to-day operation of the clinic. Would suit someone with experience in a customer facing environment and strong administrative and organisational skills.
We are located a one minute walk from Honor Oak Station in South East London. The clinic is located near several green spaces and amenities.
This is a varied role with a fair amount of responsibility in managing the clinic. The position includes liaising with patients and potential patients, booking patients in and rescheduling:
- Liaising with current and potential clients, whilst representing the clinic as the first point of call
- Familiarising yourself with clinical software that you will be working with daily
- Good organisational, numeracy and literacy skills required
- Having a positive mental attitude and customer service skills
- Taking payments and book-keeping
- Occasionally updating the website and social media
The job also includes some marketing. Graphic design or marketing experience is a plus but not a requirement.
