An exciting opportunity has arisen for an administrator to join our corporate team to support the successful delivery of our national flu programme and healthcare-related projects.

The Fleet Street Clinic is a long established, independent multidisciplinary clinic offering a range of private medical and healthcare services to individual patients and corporate clients.

This full-time and clinic-based role will be Monday to Friday 9.00 - 5.30pm (with some extended hours on occasion).

This is a fixed term position for 4-6 months with opportunity to become permanent:
**Main duties & responsibilities**:

- Supporting the Account Manager in meeting project objectives, deadlines and client needs
- Coordinating schedules, clinicians, equipment and resources for on
- and off-site projects
- Developing administrative processes and documentation that support the team in the successful delivery of projects.
- Respond to enquiries and support client outreach for prospective business
- Liaising with all levels of stakeholder to obtain project critical information such as key requirements and objectives
- Printing, distributing and filing important documents for projects
- Creating reports for the Account Manager and other key stakeholders
- Managing stock checks and ensuring equipment check logs are maintained

**Essential requirements**:

- At least 2 years’ work experience in an administrator role (knowledge of the corporate private healthcare sector is desirable)
- Confident and effective communication, presentation, written and interpersonal skills
- Educated to degree level or suitable qualification (desirable but not essential)
- Computer/technology literate

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
