Office Administrator/customer Service

Embrace Education Ltd are a National Publishing Company based in Chester.
We provide bespoke educational resources to Schools across the UK.
We are currently looking for an experienced administrator/customer service person to join our busy team.
You will need at least a years of previous office administration/customer service experience and if you also have credit control/purchase ledger experience thats a plus
You should be very comfortable with speaking to people over the telephone as you will need to liase with professionals in schools, councils, businesses etc
Patience, organisational skills, excellent time management skills and attention to detail are a must for this role.
Our office is open Monday to Thursday 9am - 5pm and Fridays 9am - 4pm, no weekends or bank holidays.
The position is to cover 13 - 20 hours a week definitely on a Friday and another day and a half in the week to suit. ( we are flexible on this for the right person)
Full training will be given on our products and systems.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.63 per hour
Expected hours: 16 - 23 per week
