- Strong B2B marketing experience.
- Experience in event organising and project management.
- Previously worked in tech companies Microsoft, Meta (Facebook), Google, etc.
Purpose
This is a dynamic role where you'll work with a cross-functional thought leadership, communication (corporate relations, media relations, corporate communication) & marketing teams from other business and teams to develop strategies and programmes that grownew markets through thought leadership marketing, demand generation, and lead generation.
The role requires all disciplines of B2B marketing, including digital content strategy and campaigns and thought leadership marketing capability in different type of events (roundtable formats, experiential brand activations, bespoke customer workshops/dinners).
The Role:
*Work closely with the Thought Leadership Programme Manager, and cross-functional teams, to architect truly integrated marketing campaigns plans, through multiple channels (online and offline).
*Create a fully optimized strategy derived from evaluation of target audiences, demand generation engine performance, tested hypotheses, and analysis of conversion rates, to drive enhanced demand and lead generation.
*Own the E2E strategy and delivery of EES strategic events programme, drive towards demand generation goals by creating events that will drive leads and contribute to pipeline through a seamless multi-channel audience experience.
*Develop and lead event project planning, stay on top of multiple event projects concurrently, anticipate on stakeholder input & alignment when meeting deadlines, and manage external parties/agencies on timely delivery of all project milestones.
*Maintain external relationships with event sponsors, vendors, and event venue managers. Negotiate with speaker bureaus, external PR teams, and other strategic partners on speaker submissions and sponsor contributions.
*Establish targets and metrics for events and marketing campaign reach and engagement and monitoring the results to ensure success and or required adjustment to strategy or tactics.
*Incredible organizational skills - you naturally build processes and checklists and enjoy driving your projects forward.
*You are a great collaborator. You find it easy to get buy in to your projects and unblock challenges as they arise.
*A fast-paced attitude. You consider yourself a "go-getter" and enjoy quickly getting stuck in.
*Extensive events experience, from thought leadership to educational, webinars to industry events.
*Solid integrated marketing experience (B2B a plus), with:
oProven track record of organizing big thought leadership event experiences such as industry events, webinars, webcasts as well as more personal events like customer dinners.
oProven track record of digital marketing experiences across multiple touch points (Marketing Tech (martech) experience will be a plus).
*Excellent project management, communication and presentation skills, interpersonal and time-management skills.
