We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Coordinator to join the team and support our growing business. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, the HR Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Adult Care and Healthcare HR Team. This is a FTC role, to provide maternity leave cover until July 2024.It is anticipated that the post holder will adopt hybrid working with 1-2 days per week in the Leicester office.

**HR Coordinator duties include but are not limited to**:

- Establish close working relationships with managers and HR colleagues within the divisions
- Provide administrative support to the Priory HR Team as a whole including project work and day to day administration
- Produce and distribute routine and ad-hoc reports from HR systems, dashboard, internal logs and trackers and other reporting mechanisms as required
- Support the Priory HR team with meeting administration and co-ordination, including minute taking and taking HR meeting notes.
- Support on providing employer references
- Any other reasonable duties as requested by the wider HR Team

**What we would like from the HR Coordinator**:

- Level 2 Business Administration or equivalent demonstrable knowledge and relevant administrative experience
- Competent in Word, PowerPoint and have strong Excel skills
- A positive, can-do attitude with focus on delivering excellent customer care
- Understands and applies strong principles of confidentiality at all times
- Organised & ability to prioritise
- Ability to maintain professional boundaries
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Forward thinking, proactive and creative
- The ability to deal with multiple issues simultaneously in a highly dynamic environment
