Macildowie HR are working on a brilliant opportunity to recruit for a Recruitment and HR Administrator in Leicester on a permanent basis This role is paying between £25,000 - £27,000p.a depending on experience
The Role
Within this role, you will be supporting the HR Team by delivering a range of different HR and recruitment services. It will also include having the opportunity to get involved with some HR projects and will allow you to work closely with your team and beingable to provide them support when needed.
The Responsibilities
With this being a role to do with both HR and Recruitment, there is definitely a lot to keep you busy Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
- Carrying out general administration tasks
- Communication with managers on different roles
- Setting up and sitting in on interviews - also coordinating these interviews in alignment with assessments.
- Processing new starter forms, offer letters, and contracts
- In accordance with the policies, ensuring all DBS checks, pre-employment referencing, offers of employment, and health assessments are all carried out in a timely manner.
- Updating the various systems
- Previous experience with working in a HR or Recruitment role
- Experience of preparing advertisements, job descriptions, and interviews is desired but not essential
- Experience working with multiple systems
- Being able to work to tight deadlines and being able to manage changing priorities
- Strong IT skills with attention to detail and accuracy
