HR Administrator

**Hours**: 40 hours per week, Monday
- Friday.
We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced HR Administrator to join our supportive team who are dedicated to providing excellent care to all children and young people within our services.
The main duties include:
- Managing current vacancies within the company
- Process new starters, ensuring compliance with Safer Recruitment Policy
- Maintenance of personnel files and lifecycle of employees
- Assist with employee training and development
- Process timesheets and mileage claims each month, liaising with wages clerk as necessary
- Managing employee absence
- Provide full HR administrative support
- Complete other administrative tasks to support the company as required.
**Qualifications and Experience**
- CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent preferred
- Experience within a HR environment
- Excellent customer service required
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
- IT skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to prioritise tasks
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to develop and maintain good professional working relationships with all levels across the Company and externally.
- Confident, positive personality with excellent interpersonal skills and a professional manner.
