RECRUITMENTiQ is currently working in partnership with a business providing high-quality SSAS administration to the IFA market throughout the UK.

A reputable company established in 2014 is seeking additional staff members with the ability to grow with the company and have good job prospects.

As part of the purchase process for new business properties, we are looking for an administrator who can coordinate with the surveyors and solicitors and ensure all documentation is correct.

Reporting to the administration manager, you'll also assist with post-sale tasks like rent reviews, rent reconciliations and so on.

**The Role**

In this position, you will be part of a team that manages a portfolio of properties, including monitoring rents and insurance and gathering information to complete pension records. Coordinating the workflow for new properties, including liaising with solicitorsand surveyors.

**This is a part-time role working 2 days per week with the potential to increase to full-time.**

**Skills and Experience**:

- Good data processing skills
- Capable of managing own workload
- Good telephone manner
- Commercial property knowledge
