**Job Description**:
Our Alloa site has a strong historical connection to the local area with over 270 years of heritage in the spirits industry. There is currently an interesting opportunity for an Administrator in our Quality team at our Alloa site.

Our Quality Administrator supports the Quality team by processing data, creating reports and filing records. They are the hub of the Quality Team, ensuring organisation of all control documents to allow for immaculate traceability. They spend their time within an office environment reviewing paper documents, minuting meets, working with Microsoft Office based tools and SAP.

A successful Quality Administrator is someone who understands that open communication across the department and escalation of concerns is vital for the department’s success. They care for our peoples security and understand the value that they bring to the organisation within their role. They know the importance of urgency in the manufacturing process and appreciate that achieving operational targets and efficiencies goes beyond meeting business objectives and is our responsibility in creating a sustainable future and preserving natural resources. They know the benefits that adherence to procedures and attention to detail brings in achieving Quality and that consistency in this area builds trust with our customers.

**Qualifications**:
Nat 5 Maths & English (or equivalent)

Ideally you will have experience within an administrative role
