**About the job**:
We are looking for an experience Administrator to join our Central Area Service. Reporting to the Regional Manager you will provide a confidential administrative support role across the service.

In this role, you will:

- oversee and support with all stages of recruitment including the onboarding process, induction, and safer recruitment checks whilst being a signatory for Disclosure Scotland PVG Application forms.
- develop and maintain Scottish Autism’s local administration, financial, personnel systems and records.
- coordinate the handling of Scottish Autism’s company credit card within the Central and Lothian areas and undertake the responsibility of financial appointeeship for supported individuals, adhering to Scottish Autism’s finance Policy and procedures.
- line manage clerical assistants in our Central and Lothian Services, you will coach them to identify their individualised learning pathway and support them to achieve their objectives.
- assist with general enquiries, reception, sorting and distribution of mail, diary management, arranging meetings and minute taking when required.
- have the ability to communicate with staff at all levels across the organisation including external contacts such as the general public, parents, volunteers and Board, as well as external agencies and organisations.

**About you**:
You will have previous administrative experience and be competent with Microsoft Office packages. Excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritise and organise workload is essential for this role. You will also be required to work as part of a team and to exercise initiative.
