**Contract: 6 Months Fixed Term Contract**
**Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 09:00 to 17:30 - 37.5 hours per week**
**Location: Vicon House, Bury St Edmunds**

Atalian Servest is currently recruiting for a TUPE and HR Co-Ordinator to join our passionate and driven team in Bury St Edmunds
**Your primary responsibilities will include**:
- Assist the TUPE Change Lead to define and deploy policies, procedures and guidelines in relation to TUPE best practices.
- Assist with the coaching and development of Managers in relation to TUPE and further their understanding.
- Help to prepare training for internal stakeholders Inc. knowledge share with Operational Stakeholders.
- Advise on Right to Work checks/documentation required in relation to incoming TUPE.
- Ensure accurate and timely data input to systems. (to ensure payment of individuals transferring and accurate records are held).
- Ensure that employee records are up to date with relevant TUPE information (Attaching and ensuring compliance, e.g. CSD dates are recorded and retained.
**About You**:
- Good knowledge and understanding of the Right to Work in the UK
- Ability to travel as and when required to fulfil requirements of the role
- Good knowledge of Word and Excel
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to communicate with people from different levels of the organisation and across the different lines of business
