Experienced Purchasing Administrator/Assistant required to join a busy and well established Manufacturing firm based in Luton, Bedfordshire,on a full time, permanent basis. The office is located near the Luton University Hospital. As an experienced BuyingAdministrator, you will be joining an established buying team and working with the finance team for invoicing and accounts maintanance.

**Purchasing AdministratorPosition Overview**

Raise purchase orders
Check purchase order acknowledgements
Recording goods received
Progressing outstanding orders and maintaining progress reports
Obtaining prices from suppliers
Filing of purchase orders
Liaising with the accounts team for invoice queries
Dealing with supplier queries
Assist the buying team with raising invoices and uploading invoices
Checking stock availability

**Purchasing Administrator Position Requirements**

***Prior experience as a buying administrator/Purchasing assistant
Excellent attention to detail
Prior experience in creating invoices
Excellent communication skills as you will be speaking with suppliers directly

**Purchasing AdministratorPosition Remuneration**

£30,000 - £35,000 dependant on experience
09.00 - 17.00 Monday - Friday
20 days holiday + bank holidays
