**Customer Support Administrator**

We are on course with substantial growth to reach our ambitious 5-year plan to be the market leader. Located in the beautiful rural surroundings of Suffolk, 10 minutes from Ipswich central.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Process sales orders
- Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
- Customer interaction with user and technical enqiures
- Arrange collection and despatch with Freight partners
- Liaise with the Logistics department
- Maintain and update sales and customer records

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- A team player with a high level of dedication & attention to detail
- Proven work experience within customer support
- The ability to communicate technical information clearly
- Hands-on experience with MS Office
- Positive, Enthusiastic & Self-motivated

**Salary and Benefits**

- 9 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday (Flexible hours considered)

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
