We are seeking Customer Service Administrators to join our team as we continue to grow our business.

The role is within our Customer Service Team, where we focus on the exceptional end to end Customer Experience.

A part of this team, our Customer Service Administrators handle inbound customer service calls and enquiries, ensuring every single customer receives the best service, while also making outbound calls when required and undertaking a variety of administrative tasks.

We are looking for confident and positive Customer Service Administrators who are hard-working, have a high attention to detail, are very organised and able to work in a fast paced and frequently changing environment. Must be able to work under pressure and be able to meet deadlines either as an individual or within a close team environment on a specific team task.

Finding solutions to problems and taking ownership of any enquiry through to resolution is key within this role.

2-3 years’ experience in a previous environment with call handling priorities mixed with administration, as part of a daily role, is needed for this Customer Service Administration role.

The responsibilities within the role vary and can include:
- Answering incoming calls into the business for a variety of departments
- Making outbound calls to customers in relation to their enquiries, including third party suppliers of our products to resolve customer enquiries
- Undertaking any number of administrative tasks completed within the team on a number of different software platforms
- Ability to build relationships while speaking to a variety of internal colleagues in other teams/department to resolve customer enquiries
- Supporting other departments with ad-hoc administrative duties when required by the business

Our customer Service Administrators are office based and work an 8.5-hour shift (with an hour for lunch) during the hours of 8am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

We are offering a salary of £21,000 - £24,000 based on experience.

Full training and regular progress meetings will take place throughout a 3 month probationary period.
