Customer Service Administrator

Suffolk Marine Safety is a leading provider of marine safety equipment and services to both the consumer and commercial markets. The business has a strong background of growth, and has recently moved into new, larger, sector-leading premises.
Duties Include
- Booking in and invoicing service work
- Creating new hire contracts.
- Organising hire fleet servicing and exchanges.
- Renewing hire contracts.
- Invoicing hire contracts.
- Organising the weekly van runs.
- Booking collections and returns using carriers.
- Agreeing the workshop service schedule
- Sales of products and services to customers visiting the premises and on the telephone.
- Processing Cash, card, and online payments.
- Maintaining customer relationships and accurate records on our business system.
- Processing product returns and refunds
- Assisting with stock management including raising purchase orders and maintaining stock in retail showroom.
This role require a highly flexible and willing approach. You will be a key member of staff in a small but busy team.
An interest in the marine sector would be a strong benefit.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
