We are looking for someone to join our small customer service and admin team.

Working hours are on rotation:
Week 1:
0700-1200 Saturday

0900-1300 Sunday (Flexible)

0800-1600 Monday

0800-1600 Tuesday

Week 2:
0900-1300 Sunday (Flexible)

0800-1600 Monday

0800-1600 Tuesday

0800-1600 Wednesday

Must be available for mid-week initial training.

Pay is £12.00 per hour rising to £12.25 per hour after completing a probationary 3 months. There are opportunities to progress further as you grow into the role.

**Key responsibilities**
- Customer service
- Creating and printing postage labels
- Processing returns and parcel deliveries
- Processing documents
- Assisting with other admin duties

**Skills required**
- Good written and spoken communication skills
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets
- Good organisation skills
- Must be reliable, honest, have a positive outlook and can manage your own time effectively
- Ability to prioritise your work load
- Office or customer service experience is an advantage

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 27 per week
