We have developed, tried and tested to paint products which both offer anti-mould, anti-bacterial and anti-viral benefits. This means our products actively reduce the growth of mould, MRSA, Ecoli and Coronavirus.

**Defence +**

Hale Defence + is a water based matt emulsion, for painting walls and ceilings and has been focused with the end user in mind.

**Hygiene +**

Hale Hygiene + is a high adhesion top coat, providing the surface with enhanced protection. It can be applied to any hard surface including metal, plastic, glass and UPVC

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to lead our company to new heights.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Develop and implement social media and marketing strategy working with a third party.
- Manage and review the sales process
- Manage key stakeholder relationships, including investors, clients, and partners
- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion in current and new markets
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to stay ahead of the curve

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience developing and implementing a sales pipeline
- Experience managing and running a sales plan alongside a social media and marketing plan.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate
- Excellent supervisory and decision-making abilities
- Solid understanding of business development
- Ability to manage multiple clients and industrys simultaneously
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

**Nice-to-Have Skills**:

- Demonstrated expertise in leadership
- experience working with frameworks within the built environment
- experience in any of the following sectors; education, retail, leisure, health care and social housing.
- Ability to effectively manage resources

**Job Types**: Full-time, Freelance

Pay: £86,019.00-£98,843.00 per year
