Administrator - Customer services, finance and operational support
Prime responsibilities
Working as a part of the Operational and Finance Team. The role will include a wide range of different tasks all essential for customer service primarily for UK Schools and for the smooth running of the order fulfilment process. It will be a key role in providing support for the operational, sales, marketing and finance team, including assisting with order processing, picking and packing orders, credit control, data management, updating product and customer data
The Administrator will be responsible for:
- Credit control for schools ensuring they have their invoices and chasing for payment
- Providing back up support for both order processing and the warehouse when needed, processing orders or picking and packing
- Stock counting
- Data management for digital products, including log ins
- Updating and maintaining the subscriptions lists for digital products
- Responding to school customer queries, sending out samples and free promotional items managed by the Customer Services lead.
- Updating product data on FAP and the website
- Updating and maintaining the schools database on FAP
Key skills and abilities
- Organized and efficient
- Comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment and juggling different responsibilities
- Strong attention to detail with data
- Basic IT skills
The starting date for the job is September 2024.
There may be some flexiblity in hours for working parents but the role will require staff to work the same hours during school holidays.
Pay: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
