Lead Business Development Executive IT Security Consultancy Hampshire

Are you an experienced Sales Team Leader who is looking to make their next move in IT? If you have, experience selling IT both Software and Hardware and leading teams if you are looking to make the step in to Cyber Security then this could be your next role.

This well-established Security Consultancy has been supplying hardware and services to both Corporate and Public Sector since the early 00’s. They are now looking to grow the sales team and are looking for an experienced IT Sales Leader to grow their team.If you think, you have what it takes then read on.
- 2+ years’ experience in an IT sales Leadership role
- Track record of growth through sales roles
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and manage the performance of a BDE team while supporting business needs
- Previously developed own desk from scratch, using your sales capabilities to cold call potential clients
- Understanding of longer sales cycles and consultative selling positions
- Proven history of overachievement
- History of adoption / best practice in utilisation of CRM tools
- Professional and Driven
- Previous sales training is a must ideally spin
- Ability to work on their own and as part of a team
- Understanding of IT Infrastructure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
