Aberdeen Appointments Agency are supporting our Aberdeen based Client with their requirement for a permanent Personnel Logistics Coordinator.

The purpose of the role will be to support onshore project teams by coordinating the logistics of the offshore workforce, ensuring seamless manning and crew changes operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collating weekly crew changes and maintaining close communication with internal teams
- Collaborating with internal project teams and the client Aviation team to secure helicopter seat allocations based on ad-hoc work scope requirements
- Reporting short-term sickness/absence to the client Aviation team, offshore management and internal project teams
- Issuing check-in times, arranging accommodation through liaising with the travel department, and providing offshore training certification as required
- Booking PTW/Client inductions and delivering clear instructions to personnel prior to mobilisation
- Overseeing the ordering of PPE for the offshore/site workforce and accurately recording holidays within various internal systems
- Ensuring precise recording of personnel movements for all assigned contracts and maintaining accurate updates in collaboration with project teams
- Monitoring CBT mandatory training, ensuring updated records in both client and company systems
- The role may involve additional duties assigned by the line manager and participation in an On-Call rota

**Experience Required**
- Extensive experience in personnel logistics for up to 600+ POB
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Software, showcasing strong computer literacy
- Impeccable attention to detail
- A team player with excellent planning and organising skills
