**Description of Role**
- Reporting into the Commercial Director, you will lead tender activity, solution design and response through development of innovative solutions and optimisation across the EV Cargo Network.
- Highlighting the risk and opportunity to the Board of potential new business in terms of pricing, contract terms and investment needed.
- Lead the EV Cargo Business Development Team to identify network development and innovation opportunities overseeing the sales pipeline and supporting communication activity to deliver agreed growth targets.
- Source organic and new business opportunities and lead project implementations engaging with key stakeholders at all levels.
- You will participate in the Group requirements to deliver sustainable group wide solutions.
- Review internal processes and develop innovative solutions to better equip market penetration.
- Develop IT solutions in conjunction with EV Cargo IT Team to enhance solution offering and product development through innovation and lead internal PR and Marketing alongside central function.
