We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Eileen Richards Recruitment. In this exciting role, you will work towards weekly and monthly targets as allocated by management, driving business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain positive business relationships with clients, leveraging negotiation skills to secure new opportunities.
- Build on existing client relationships, identifying new sales prospects and generating revenue growth.
- Potential for future account management of existing clients, further increasing revenue streams.
- A proven track record in sales and target achievements as a BDM/Field Sale Representative.
- Excellent people skills and relationship building abilities at a senior level.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office and ability to start and build positive business relationships.
- 26 days holiday plus bank holidays.
