Business Administration Apprentice
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working apprentice to join our operations team at Fishers Solicitors in Ashby-de-la-Zouch.
The role is full time: 35 hours a week, 9 - 5 and is office based.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Supporting the Office Management function with both routine and ad hoc tasks.
- Daily scanning and distribution of incoming post for the firm;
- To help reception during busy periods with providing refreshments and helping with copying.
- Covering reception on a rota basis with other team members for lunch breaks and during periods of annual leave or absence.
- To ensure the confidentiality of all the firm’s and clients’ documentation and information;
- To comply with the terms of the Office Manual and any other reasonable request that may be made by the Head of Department or another Partner.
The above does not constitute an exhaustive list of duties. The post holder may be required to perform any reasonable tasks commensurate with the role and level of responsibility at the request of the Directors.
**Skills, Qualifications and experience**:
- Experience of working in administrative role desirable
- A highly organised approach and the ability to prioritise;
- A high level of attention to detail;
- A can do attitude;
- An ability to work well as part of a team as well as independently;
- Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written);
- Good telephone skills
- Excellent computer skills
