We are recruiting on behalf of a trusted fleet management company who have over 35 years of industry knowledge. Our client is looking for an experienced Maintenance Administrator to join their team.

Key responsibilities and attributes of the Maintenance Administrator will include:

- Managing garages and service centres on a day to day basis
- Liaising with customers to resolve queries efficiently
- Developing relationships with clients to ensure smooth transactions
- Handling vehicle related administration
- Ownership/responsibility for vehicle repairs in general

Essential skills and experiences needed to succeed in this role:

- Outstanding organisational skills
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Strong administrator
- Excellent communication skills
- Commitment and drive for quality customer service
- Experience managing third party suppliers effectively
- An understanding of the motor trade would be an advantage

This company offers a variety of benefits including 25 days holiday (+ bank holidays). After training is completed this role will be hybrid working
- 2 days in the office and 3 home working.
