Customer Service Administrator
Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join a manufacturer company based in Whiteparish. This is a full time, permanent position.
Responsibilities as a Customer Service Administrator:
- Carry out administrative duties such as processing sales order, order loading, amendments, quotes, etc.
- Manage customer accounts and liaise with customers
- Develop an understanding of the supply chain requirements and ensure customers' needs are met
- Running daily sales reports as required
- Maintain specific information regarding daily operations of the company
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer support or administrator position
- Confident in all Microsoft packages, especially Word and Excel
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Have a good attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full training provided
This position is a full time, permanent role. This role is working Monday to Thursday 8:30am -17:00pm and Friday 8:30am - 16:00pm. The salary is £20,000 - £23,000 per annum, depending on experience.
