We are recruiting on behalf of a growing market leader in the design and manufacture industry. Our client have over 40 years experience in the sector and are a highly regarded, innovative company. They are looking for a dedicated Service Administrator tojoin their team.
**Key responsibilities and attributes of the Service Administrator Coordinator will include**:
- Assist in the smooth running of the Sales order processing
- Take incoming, overflow telephone calls
- Contact suppliers and Goods In department to progress outstanding delivers
- Assist with printing, checking, posting on FactoryMaster, and filling purchase invoices
- Support in the processing, placing, and progression of non-stock purchase orders
- Entering sales orders into FactoryMaster
- Help process courier collections
- Daily filing of requests and export paperwork
**Essential skills and experiences needed to succeed in this role**:
- Organised
- IT literate
- Knowledge of sales and administration
- Customer focussed
- Positive attitude
- Excellent telephone manner
- Communication skills
This company offers a range of benefits including 24 days holiday and free parking. Additionally, this role requires 37.5 hours a week which are compacted into a 4.5 day working week, giving you Friday afternoons off.
