**Role Summary**:
Are you a passionate and dedicated team member looking for a new challenge? We’re thrilled to announce an internal opportunity for the position of Learning & Engagement Coordinator to join our HR Team.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in fostering a positive and inclusive learning culture within the hospital. Your responsibilities will include managing enquiries, coordinating learning events, supporting trainers, and contributing to employee engagement initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inquiry Management**: Respond to enquiries from employees, external facilitators, and stakeholders promptly, ensuring a right first-time approach and delivering excellent customer service.
- **Event Coordination**: Support the logistics for various learning, colleague engagement, and wellbeing events both in person and online, ensuring a positive and inclusive experience for participants.
- **Calendar Administration**: Administer and support the delivery of the learning, engagement, and inclusion events calendar, contributing to internal communications and promoting an inclusive learning culture.
- **Trainer Relationships**: Maintain positive relationships with trainers, supporting them in the coordination and successful delivery of both clinical and non-clinical training.
- **Compliance Monitoring**: Monitor training attendance and compliance levels, ensuring timely communications to keep employees and bank staff compliant.
- **Information Management**: Update the Learning Management System and Intranet with accurate information on courses, employee details, and learning and engagement activities.
- **Employee Engagement Support**: Research, identify, and propose activities and interventions to enhance the ongoing development of an inclusive learning environment across the hospital.
- **Committee and Working Group Support**: Fully service the employee engagement committee and working groups, managing diaries, minutes, action trackers, and updates to the workforce.
- **Data Collection and Analysis**: Support the collection and analysis of data (surveys, interviews, and course evaluations) to derive meaningful insights into employee engagement, wellbeing, and learning needs

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- GCSE English and Maths
- 2 years of experience in a customer service role (preferably HR)
