**Group Head of Partnerships**

Reporting to the Group Marketing Director the Head of Partnerships will help to deliver the overall group strategy across Affiliates and Influencers as well as identifying new partners - working closely with the divisional marketing and client success teams.

***Responsibilities**
- Own and manage the relationships with 3rd party tools and partners (E.g. AWIN) and ensuring consistency of use across the group
- Work with divisional marketing teams to drive performance, best practice and benchmarking across the Affiliate and Partnership channels
- Work closely with data teams to identify trends, opportunities and improvements across the different channels
- Understanding individual publisher performance and using this information to drive optimal performance
- Supporting with training and on-boarding of new starters across the group
- Research and competitor analysis
- Manage the prioritisation of the tech roadmap and continue to evolve the platform and programmes
- Supporting with new site launches and acquisitions as well other key projects and new initiatives
- Liaising and negotiating with publishers to drive cost efficiency for the channel
- Provide in depth performance reporting and channel analysis to key stakeholders
- Own the recruitment of new partners to the partnerships program
- Establishing clear new customer acquisition driving initiatives to exceed growth targets
- Understanding individual publisher performance and using this information to drive optimal performance
- Collaboration with wider regional trading and marketing teams to understand and support key campaigns, promotions and marketing messages
- Collaboration with other digital channels to ensure optimal customer journey and create holistic digital strategy

- New customer acquisition target
- Delivery of Sales, Traffic, AOV and Conversion KPIs across the group
- Performance of direct reports
- Good understanding of Digital marketing
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic approach to work
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, effectively and appropriately
- Team player, able to work with multiple business units to achieve objectives
- Able to effectively prioritise workload
- Experience with Excel, Tableau and Google Analytics
