**Description Overview**:
Are you naturally curious by nature? Are you proactive and passionate about Medical Marketing? We are hiring an experienced Global Marketing Manager to work on a key strategic global category in one of our European Head Offices.

**Scope of the Role**:
In this role, you will:

- Be the medical marketing lead, coordinating and influencing the cross-functional team & senior management stakeholders.
- Develop 5Y medical marketing strategy to define a clear roadmap by category
- Anticipate HCP trends, competition & new regulations and how these fit into our growth strategy roadmap.
- Actively collaborate with top tier countries & categories across Europe
- Partner with Brand Teams and Scientific Affairs to deliver Scientific Strategy to the chosen brands
- Work with Scientific Affairs Manager to deliver scientific content (CMEs, webinars) within the Medical Channel to support brand strategies and drive HCP recommendations for our products.
- Lead the planning, creation and development of the medical marketing materials across all touchpoints
- Optimize medical marketing mix (ex. E-detailers; branded websites and media).
- Develop strong relationships with counterparts in medical marketing and cross-functionally
- Gather and analyse insights through internal or external experts, to ensure effectiveness of programs and content.
- Have an end-to-end understanding of the external medical channel environment
- Track and evaluate all competitive activity in the medical channel to provide recommendations to business

**Experience Required**:
To qualify for the role, we’d like an experienced medical marketer (5 years +) preferably in Healthcare, OTC or FMCG and someone who loves to roll up their sleeves and lead by example.

- Leadership skills with a proven record as a strategic thinker and equally the ability to execute with excellence
- Stakeholder management skills able to influence peers, leadership, exec and local teams
- Proven track record in generating growth through creative thinking, medical marketing plans
- A strong drive for results, can do attitude and performance tracking
- Analytical skills and ability to build KPIs
- Passion & drive

Must haves:

- Moderate travel: 20-30% of the time
- Advanced English
- Experience analysing market data (IQVIA, Nielsen, IRI, )
