**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Medical Copywriter to join our team at Medical Talent. As a key member of our healthcare advertising agency, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative promotional strategies that drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive promotional plans that meet business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account management, medical affairs, and creative services, to ensure seamless execution of promotional campaigns.
  • Write and edit high-quality promotional materials, including print and digital ads, sales aids, and other marketing collateral.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity to ensure our promotional strategies remain effective and compliant.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members to help them develop their skills and expertise.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in healthcare advertising, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful promotional campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry trends.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong collaboration and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
