We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Medical Writer to join our team at Medical Talent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading high-performing teams and providing strategic direction and oversight of complex writing projects across a range of accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for medical content projects
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality medical content
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in medical communications and apply this knowledge to drive business growth

Requirements:

  • 5 years' experience in a healthcare agency setting, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality medical content
  • Experience of working on complex writing projects across a range of accounts, including haemato-oncology, women's health, immunology, and inflammation
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
