We are a family run business, looking for an individual to join our friendly team at NPM Bathrooms. Administrator will assist in all aspects of Credit Control and Accounts administration, including setting up of new accounts and raising of invoices, via our own internal invoicing system. This will include:

- Opening of new accounts, using credit checking facilities to judge the client’s creditworthiness. Creation of accounts in both our invoicing system and sales ledger.
- Raising invoices, using in house invoicing systems.
- Providing copy invoices to the clients.
- Support other team members in all areas of Credit Control.
- Reconciling customer accounts, ensuring accounts are up to date and payments received on time.
- Manging accounts payable, liaising with suppliers.
- Other duties to be discussed at interview
- Good level of basic education - Numerate and literate.
- Strong keying/ input skills.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Competent understanding of MS package (Excel/Word etc).
- Good organisational skills with the ability to organise your own workload.
- Good telephone manner.
- Knowledge of Sage is required
- To be enthusiastic and committed to the business objectives of the Company, with a professional and strong customer ethos.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
