Customer Service Administrator

An opportunity to join a growing business in the role of Customer Service Administrator in a local, busy office taking incoming calls from both private customers and clients.
Supporting customers with Samsung products including TV's and kitchen appliances, the position is as customer service-based role which includes updating web based systems, making & receiving phone calls, taking payments, placing orders and booking appointments for our Field Service Engineers. Must be confident and have a good phone manner, be polite and able to communicate well with customers and clients.
The role is within a small team based in Maidstone town centre. The successful applicant will need to work well with others but also be able to use their own initiative. Training will be provided though some experience in a customer support role would be a benefit.
Pay: £25,000.00-£29,800.00 per year
