Office Coordinator sought by Iconic British Brand for their modern Office in West London

This is a terrific opportunity with one of the world’s favourite Fashion and Homewares brands.
An Iconic British Brand is now looking for an Office Coordinator for their modern offices in West London.
This is a versatile role, being able to take action and respond to requests from the team or issues relating to the office as and when they arise. The main responsibility is overseeing the day-to-day to running of the head office, from ordering & assembling office furniture, arranging meetings to writing health & safety policies.
Supporting team with general administration, arranging couriers, transport & travel, scheduling team meetings, filing, and organising office resources. Involved with processes required for archive items and storage, this role supports all business areas.
- YOU WILL BE;
- Ideally someone with strong administrative skills and an interest in fashion.
- You need not be an Office Coordinator at the moment - if you are currently in retail and looking for an office role this is ideal for you.
- Key Skills;- Sound administrative and organisational skills
- Eye for detail and a love of all things beautiful
- Confidence liaising with people both internally and externally at all levels
- Experience working in a home or fashion brand in a similar role
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office suit, cloud servers & Google Suite apps
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative suite, advantage but not required
- Flexibility in their schedule as some late evenings may be required
- Health and Safety experience, advantage
