**In the role you will be**:
- Maintaining the support link with the field engineering teams and supporting the smooth running of the Service Centre.
- Carrying out administrative duties supporting the Service Centre team.
- Working with Service Centre staff on all aspects of invoicing, call handling, customer, and engineering support.
- Communicating information to customers; including, job estimates, job updates, RAMS, invoices, and engineer job sheets.
- Developing and maintaining an effective filing system.
