Client Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Representative. As a Client Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the financial services industry. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
**Duties**:
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Assist clients with account inquiries, transactions, and problem resolution
- Analyze client data and financial information to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to better serve clients
**Skills**:
- Strong knowledge of financial services industry and products
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze complex information and make informed decisions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £23,695.11 per year
