Inside Sales Representative

Join a dynamic international organization specializing in security solutions that safeguard millions of individuals from diverse threats and natural disasters. As an **Inside Sales Representative**, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding their client base while nurturing existing relationships.
**Responsibilities**:
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with current clients, actively engaging in up-selling and cross-selling efforts
- Drive lead conversion and broaden your network through proactive outreach to potential clients
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns
- Liaise with customer service to ensure seamless order processing
- Maintain accurate data records and meet reporting/forecasting deadlines
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating proficiency in managing the entire sales cycle
- Possess a hunter sales mentality with a knack for identifying and pursuing new opportunities
- Industry background in manufacturing/production within a B2B context
- Fluent in English plus either French or German
- Exceptional negotiation skills
