Procon 24/7 Ltd., a leading concrete supplier in Bradford, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and establishing strong relationships with our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to manage client accounts, visit construction sites, identify prospects, follow up with clients, and demonstrate outstanding sales skills. We are looking for a highly organized individual with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues promptly

2. Prospecting: Identify potential clients in the construction industry, including contractors, builders, and developers, and develop strategies to convert them into customers.

3. Site Visits: Visit construction sites to understand project requirements, provide product information, and offer tailored solutions to meet the client's needs.

4. Sales Presentations: Conduct persuasive sales presentations, showcasing the features and benefits of our concrete products and services.

5. Sales Negotiation: Collaborate with clients to negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure new business opportunities and maximize sales revenue.

6. Follow-up and Relationship Building: Proactively follow up with leads, clients, and prospects to maintain engagement, address inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service.

7. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

8. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, prepare sales reports, and provide regular updates to the sales manager on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.

9. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, customer service, and other departments to ensure smooth order processing, delivery coordination, and overall customer satisfaction.

10. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets, contribute to team goals, and actively participate in sales meetings and training sessions.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive and customer-focused approach.
- Effective time management and organizational abilities.
- Flexibility to travel to construction sites and client locations as required.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license.
