We are looking for a passionate, committed, and hard-working Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be joining our dynamic global Business Development team and will be pivotal in helping us achieve our ambitious business-growth strategy through lead-generation, pipeline management and building rapport with prospective clients.
Lead Generation: Proactively identify and research potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking events.
* Outreach and Engagement: Initiate meaningful conversations with prospects to understand their pain points and present tailored solutions that address their needs. Build rapport and establish credibility through effective communication and relationship-building strategies.
* Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions and activities in the CRM system. Market Intelligence: Gather insights from prospect interactions and share feedback with relevant teams to inform product development and marketing strategies.
​A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related subject (preferred but not essential if candidate has relevant experience)
* Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or customer-facing roles (1+ years of experience)
* Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) preferred.
