If so, I have just the position for you My client in the Charity sector require an extra pair of hands in their small marketing team in the form of a **Marketing Executive** to own a specific area of interest within the business, who has an all-round generalist skillset, able to provide innovative ideas and get involved with all marketing day-to-day duties as well as to act as a brand guardian,focusing on uplifting the recognition of the organisation. This is a perfect opportunity for someone looking for less-restrictive role that enables and encourages you to delve into marketing as a whole.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the Communications & Marketing Manager in delivering the communications strategy across online / offline media to raise the business' profile and market activities, specifically campaigning and special projects.
- Support the wider marketing team in the delivery of effective marketing campaigns across a multitude of channels.
- Support on the creation of marketing collateral to be used within campaigns and projects.
- Use the Google Analytics tool to review and provide accurate reports on campaign success.
- Plan, create and schedule engaging content for posting across the company social channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter) as well as performing general maintenance.
- Contribute to the proofreading and copywriting for external articles and press.
- Liaise with external suppliers, such as creative agencies, photographers, and video production companies, providing briefs and managing the production processes.
- A minimum of **1 years** Marketing experience but **ideally** at least **2 years**.
- Have an innovative mind, capable of presenting relevant, insightful ideas.
- Have a real passion for marketing as well as sharing the team value of wanting to make a difference.
- **Beneficially** from a B2C background.
- **Must have** a full UK Driver's License as well as access to a car, due to the office being far from transport links.
- Experience with managing a variety of social media platforms.
- Experienced in running successful omnichannel campaigns.

This position would ideally suit a current Marketing Executive or Digital Marketing Executive, or even a Marketing Assistant, Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Officer, Digital Marketing Assistant, Digital Marketing Coordinator or Digital Marketing Officerlooking for a step up in responsibility.

Their offices are based in **Stourbridge** but in the future will be moving to a location further North, closer to Telford and Wolverhampton. Ideally, you will be based in Shipley, Wolverhampton, Dudley, Pattingham, Bobbington, Claverley, Cosford,Lower Penn, Orton, Kingswinford, Wall Heath and the nearby area. They also operate on a **hybrid**working policy, requiring 3 days on-site working and with 2 days WFH.
