**Duties and Responsibilities to include: -**
- Create and maintain Product Records - Create article codes in the ERP system.
- Quotation Management - Forward RFQ’s to the supplier and inform customers of agreed pricing. Maintain the quotation log.
- Create and Send Purchasing Orders - Build PO’s in the ERP system and forward to the supplier.
- Chase and Manage Order Acknowledgments - Check Acknowledgments for accuracy and update the ERP.
- Create and Maintain System Records - ensure all relevant updates are completed in a timely manner. Updating purchase orders, clearing the order book.
- Communicate with Suppliers -Daily communication with Suppliers both written and verbal ensuring urgent and difficult situations like missed shipment, failed QC products and technical issue are dealt with efficiently and effectively. Ensure a win/win solution.
- Monitor Purchases through the Manufacturing and Delivery Process - Maintain purchases through reports, order acknowledgments and delivery schedules. Track the progress of shipments and address any problems.
- Work closely with our supply chain and logistics partners to understand and support the business with the appropriate processes that are needed to facilitate the smooth flow of materials to the business.
- Communicate with Internal Customers - Be the gate keeper for enquiries and orders to the Suppliers, facilitate the customer and answer their queries in a timely manner. Keep them up to date with progress of quotations and orders. Ensure all information between the Supplier and Customer is correct and current.
- Handle QC issues as required.
- Support and assist on Projects - Facilitate the project management team where needed. Be the gate keeper for all administrative tasks relating to a project and ensure all information is correct and current.
- Provide cover for team colleagues as and when required.

**Job Requirements and Qualifications**
- Solid experience with ERP/MRP Software
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- High attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team Player with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
