  • Update internal trackers and client portals with project updates, ensuring accurate and timely information.

  • Follow up with suppliers for status of orders and delivery, and communicate with project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Organize travel and accommodation requirements for project teams, ensuring efficient and cost-effective arrangements.

Requirements:

  • Experience working within a construction environment, with a strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
  • Experience working within a customer service position, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook, with ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both in oral and written, with ability to communicate effectively with management, operatives, and clients.
