**About the role**:
The role would suit someone with previous administration experience, ideally within recruitment or fast-paced environments. You’ll have an eye for detail, be customer-centric, and able to juggle a busy workload.Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Talent Acquisition Partners with end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Using internal systems to raise and advertise vacancies.
- Managing all job adverts, ensuring correct format and templates are being used.
- Liaising with the People team in raising offer paperwork.
- Ensuring all new starters have the correct right to work checks in place.
- Attending daily/weekly calls keeping up to date with changes in each business area.
- Leading and supporting with wider team projects and initiatives.

**Skills and experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar role (Resourcing Support or Sales Administration desirable).
- Excellent attention to detail, prioritises work effectively taking into account the needs of the business.
- Naturally customer focused.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- Strong work ethic, real team player.
- Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously.
