We have a fantastic opportunity for a Recruiter to join our award-winning Recruitment team for someone who has previous experience of working either in a recruitment agency or have internal recruitment knowledge.

The role of Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) is a busy and rewarding role with the autonomy to work in a proactive and positive way which will help us in our mission to find the right talent. You will work full time, on a permanent basis, ideally located close to our Business Support Centre in Hampton, Peterborough, with lots of flexible home working options.

In this role you will be recruiting for a variety of operational roles within Mencap and liaising with internal hiring managers from different areas of the organisation, to support and guide them through each recruitment campaign they have.

**Recruitment experience is essential, along with recruitment applicant tracking system (ATS) knowledge and the ability to work you’re your own initiative and working within a dynamic team.**

This role is fast paced and challenging, which means you will need to be an enthusiastic and resilient person with the hunger to find the very best talent. We put the people we support at the forefront of everything we do.
