**We have a fantastic opportunity for a Recruiter to join award winning Recruitment team. The role of Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) is a busy but rewarding role and you will need to be able to work well under pressure.**

The Talent Acquisition Specialist role is full time (37.5 hours per week) and based from our Peterborough office on a 12 month fixed term contract. Whilst this post is office based - we know that work is something you do not just a place you go. At Mencap we give office-based colleagues and teams more flexibility about where the work is done.As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will predominately be recruiting for Support Workers to help change the lives of people with a learning disability. It is a very busy role where your proactive and positive approach will help us in our mission to find the right talent to join and stay with our organisation

**What will you bring to the Talent Acquisition Specialist role?**
- **Previous experience of working within a high-volume recruitment setting either agency OR in-house recruitment team is beneficial but not essential.**:

- **Ability to remain positive and calm under pressure and enjoy working in a busy, fast paced environment**:
